We want you to love your Rosefield jewelry and watches, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your items in the original Rosefield box and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
